Separate from the Martial Arts programs, CrossFit is for members that wish to go above and beyond in their respective physical goals. Whether it is a case of off-season training, getting ready for a specific event, or the perpetual need to challenge one’s self, Ares is looking help those to help themselves to reach the next level. We use an array of equipment and methods to train our athletes utilizing kettlebells, Olympic Lifting, medicine balls, ropes, gymnastic rings, body weight, and much more. This is not an open gym membership to hang out at. There is no idle conversation, no one holding up a piece of equipment, no romper room where parents drop the kids off for an hour or three to mix and match weights around the gym floor. There is only hard work and a focused environment where everybody strives to raise the bar to build an unfair advantage on the mat, on the field, on the court, or in the ring, or just life in general.
