Week 1-Explaining the differences in foods

Week 2-Understanding anxiety and other states and their functions

Week 3-Ingestion vs. digestion

Week 4-Are you hungry or are you changing the way you feel?

Week 5-Gut bacteria and their role in anxiety and nutrition 

Week 6- Are you a subject or an object?  Why people fail in dieting.  

Week 7- Creating a monster to burn fat

Week 8-Understanding progression and failure 

 

We will be meeting at Ares Athletic Club on Sundays at 9am but we will also be having a zoom call to offer at-distance participates and recorded.  We also offer one on one coaching for those that want a more individualized approach to the content.   Register Early Bird Special Here!
